From an instructor point of view, would it be possible to generate polling questions to the video based on the transcript and time stamp? Or manually add the questions for users who want more control? I've seen this being done in another platform.

Love the new chapters! Could we also have the length/duration displayed? Apart from start/end time, many people (like myself) just cannot be bothered to do the math, if we could do it right!

We are doing some testing in our "DEV" instance of ECHO360. Its very difficult to visually tell if I'm in Production or DEV. My question: Can the DEV/sandbox have a completely different color scheme? Just having the ability to change Insitution ICON doesn’t seem to be enough. It would be great if it were very obvious to identify which system I was currently logged into. Just looking at the screenshot (Attachment) it's not quickly identifiable which system I’m logged into. If a configurable color scheme is not possible can Echo engineers force a bright yellow or a very obvious banner across each page in DEV?

We are developing and trialling socratic tutor AIs on our LMS and curriculum content; is there a way we'd be able to plug in to the AskEcho Chaptering (link to or embed video content in chat responses), tags (for content identification), and questions (for socratic questioning of this content)?

Within the Transcript Editor environment: When editing a transcript I would like to use the search (and search replace) capabilities to provide a toggle for "whole word" so it only returns whole word matches to my search criteria. For example, when searching for the word "um" I would like it to match on "um" as a whole word only and not return results with the "um" existing within more text i.e "circumference" That will enable much quicker editing on the transcript.

Make mass editing of individual classes possible by making them selectable - like availability/unavailability. There is no reason to have to click on ever single classroom to make it available or unavailable or move media in and out of the classroom.

While users can set a Start Time and Date, students are able to access Sessions at any time. Sessions therefore cannot be created and made unavailable. In line with the behavior of other Echo media, users should be able to designate availability for Sessions.

As an Instructor, I would the ability to address & mark off Confusion flags, so that I can deal with each one & mark it off as resolved. It would also be great to put the resolution to the Confusion flag next to it somehow so that the learner(s) that flagged confusion are aware that a resolution has been provided.

When using Universal capture software the video source is generically titled, it would be useful to have the ability to use device names so different cameras can be identified. This would be handy when using Personal capture and Classroom capture to determine what camera needs to be used (thinking mostly about fixed cameras in classrooms).

See Case #89893 The student account of a user was made inactive. The user became an adjunct and received a new Echo account with the adjunct email address. More time passed. The same user became a faculty member with a new third Echo account. Two old email address Echo accounts were inactive, but something caused the active user account to match the old account incorrectly. This caused a failure in the LTI and the user could not access Echo Active Learning content when taking professional development as a student. Nor could the user successfully add an Active Learning LTI to his courses where he teaches. This is hard to debug. Why not Reset LMS account automatically each time the Echo user account status is changed?
