Hi Echo team, Right now the user account with Scheduler role has no way to receive email alert especially "Capture Device Offline or Missing", "Missing Audio Input", "Missed Capture". In real case, our clients has groups of technician who only taking care AV equipment including Echo POD/PRO. "Scheduler" is the role assigned to this groups of people. Now their account is lack of way to notify the device status. We request to have this alert functionality in upcoming EchoVideo release. Thanks! Regards, BEENET Team
