When scheduling recordings, the system automatically sets the end time one hour after the start time. Since our lectures typically last 90 minutes, I often need to change this manually. Additionally, when I edit only the start time of an existing schedule, the end time also changes automatically, which I don’t want. This may lead to mistakes. Could this automatic end‑time adjustment be disabled so the end time stays fixed after changing the start time unless the user changes it?

A number of students have highlighted they don't like how the side bar show automatically. Are we able to hiding the hide side bar on student view as default, as a number of student have mentioned this limits their view and haven't been able to locate where to hide it without our reply. Also this previously has displayed as an overlay on the right side, is there a reason it's been moved to the bottom the footer.

It would be useful to be able to select the time of the date videos become available/unavailable via the availability settings and not just the date.

Staff had recorded audio tests in multiple units but students were able to download transcription for the answer. Staff have about hundreds of audio used in testing. Would be good to be able to disable the showing/download of transcription.

When duplicating an Echo section with Instructor permissions, only the Course name appears in the “Course” dropdown. Could you display the Course code in the Instructor screen as well, similar to when an Admin-permission user duplicates a section? At our university, we operate separate courses with the same name for each academic year. Faculty members are having difficulty distinguishing the year of the courses displayed in the options. We appreciate your consideration of this matter.

As an Admin at an institution with a lot of Rooms, I need the ability to remove old MAC addresses from the Add Device to Room modal. The Add Device to Room dropdown contains many old and no longer used device MAC addresses and I would like to clean that list up to remove that old data from my tenant.

A good majority of our faculty are embedding their media and are finding it difficult to locate the media names in the table grid. It would be great if a search bar were added and the ability to sort the column of data in Ascending or Descending order like you can in Section Analytics. Please see the sample image.

Blank and audio-less recordings should be excluded from the calculation of allocated Automatic Speech Recognition (ASR) hours. With advancements in AI technology, it should be feasible to automatically identify and exclude recordings that have no audio or only contain silence from the ASR hour calculations. This improvement would ensure that ASR-allocated hours accurately reflect valid recordings, thereby optimising resource allocation.

It would be nice if the value of the Last Login column from the Users page was added to the Users API endpoint to assist with identifying which users have logged in directly to the EchoVideo platform versus coming from the LMS integration.

Why is it that when I select feedback from the echo360 settings I still have to login to canny?
