The Asset Report seems to be missing a couple vital fields in the export: Unique Viewer count and Average View Time. I thought these fields were in a report, but I cannot seem to find them at all. Right now the only way to see unique viewer counts and average view time is in the video details page. It is not feasible to do this for every video. I thought these were in the Assets export, but they do not appear to be there. Since you already collect the data, it would be great to see these two items added to the downloadable version of the Assets Report. I understand this report is a currently a 12-month report. If the details page shows full history of a video asset, would you be able to extrapolate the number of unique viewers and the average view time for the same 12-month period, as this report current does for the fields present? Lastly, what is the 12-month cycle of the current report: YTD; January-December; July-June; August-July; or something else? This matters because, depending on when it is, the data could cross academic years and that might not help us understand and differentiate behaviors of one class versus another. I understand that you cannot begin to guess all the random start and end months of the world’s colleges and universities, so…could you add a date field in the Asset Report to allow us to enter start and end dates for the data we would like to retrieve? I don’t know how much of this data you keep on individual assets (hopefully all of it), but if it is limited, could you increase the limit to up to 18-months of data for each asset to provide everyone with a larger than 12 month period to be able to export? Thanks Echo360! You are doing a really good job!
