When a student passes from the LMS into GoReact, they have to accept 'terms of use'. For institutions who have signed a legal agreement with Echo360 on behalf of their end users, this should be skipped as it's not the responsibility of a student to accept legal terms of use in this scenario. Given that this acknowledgement is also part of the process by which students are provisioned into the GoReact activity, once this acknowledgement is skipped because it's not required, it will hopefully allow for the LMS course roster to be fully populated immediately in GoReact without needing students to have clicked through to GoReact first, as this step is an impediment for some use cases.
