I was surprised to see it actually works pretty well on the iPad for webcam capture in Mobile Safari (no screen recording with iOS of course though which is a shame). The iPhone doesn’t show a preview image but did actually record webcam video as well which is useful. Would be nice if Browser Capture was optimised a bit more for iOS as the Echo360 app has its limitations when it comes to integration into LMS pages and streamlined student video submission.

It would be useful in some use cases to provide the option to publish the recording direct to an Echo360 Course/section in addition to straight to the Library.

Having browser capture available from the embed media button in LMS pages would really help streamline use of Echo for student video assignment submission as well as Exam proctoring/ invigilation amongst other things.

Is it possible to add it?

It would be beneficial to have an area where you could title the recording within the browser like the software UC.

the audio level indicator doesn't show on any of my microphone input? I expect this is a bug

In the UC desktop client a user is shown how long the recording has been going on for. I think it would be a nice to have that same functionality if at all possible.

On the Admin panel, captures on UC Web are sourced as "Uploads" instead of UC Web- would be helpful to assist faculty if I could determine how the file was uploaded as with UC.

Hi, We have just had this turned on in our UAT environment and I have done a few quick tests- however while I was able to download the videos from within the browser they seem to have failed going into my library - see below. The actual recording etc was all pretty easy to do. Anyone else getting this? Cheers Bec
