You recently made a change to the time entry fields when scheduling a recording which means that you can't use the tab key on the keyboard to switch between hours, minutes, and the AM/PM field. Please revert this change. You also seem to have broken something that seems to tend to remove the space between MM and AM/PM which makes the time field invalid, so you have to go and click back in the field and remove the space. This is incredibly awkward and you should revert this change.

Some academics would like to remove discussions from some embedded Echo videos in our LMS but not others. For example, some videos are instructional and don't require any form of discussion but they still want to track who is viewing such videos and like having the details/usage statistics that Echo360 videos provide.

I just put all my courses in the wrong term with schedules. It would be super helpful to be able to easily go to that course and change the term / edit the term. As of right now I can not.

Archive policy: allow longer timelines i.e. 2yr or 5 yr based on institution legal policy in place

In the old UI, you could select Share in the dropdown menu for a media tile in the Library, and then click the Class tab to immediately share a video with a class. In the new UI, the Class tab has been removed from the Share dialog. Now users must first view a video, wait for the new page to load, then click on the Publishing tab, and then click on the Classes sub-tab in order to share a video with a class. Please add the shortcut back!

It would be helpful to me to be able to organize the library into discrete sections. I teach in more than one class and having all the videos mixed up makes it difficulty to find the correct ones

The ability to set an archive policy based on when content was last viewed has been recently added to the platform The ability to set an archive policy based on the creation date of the media has been requested by at least one Echo360 institution. This requirement is directed by their institution policy

When viewing the list of classes in a course, instructors can click on the title of the class to play the video, or the "play" icon to open the management options menu for that class/video. This is completely counter-intuitive, and results in confusion for staff. The universally recognised "play" icon should not be used this way. Staff frequently report that it would never have occurred to them to get to access the management options for the class via that icon. Please change this icon to something more meaningful, one that does not imply a different behaviour to how people would usually interpret the icon. In certain cases clients have asked us to publish multiple captures from previous terms into current terms, whilst retaining captures from that period. Currently, if i am not mistaken, clients have to manually publish each capture from this section into the new one. Could we get a function for "selecting multiple captures and publishing" in the same way we can delete captures?

We have sections of reused content that has not been transcribed. The only way to ASR is to send them individually.
