When an exam is completed, multiple markers are often used to manually mark/review the exam results and make adjustments. In many cases, this means that Instructor A marks questions 1 and 2, while Instructor B marks questions 3 and 4, and Instructors C, D and E mark questions 5 and 6. There might also be a final review by Instructor F. All of these various approaches need to be supported in the UI, via allocating the questions and then reviewing who has completed their marking, with a notification being sent to confirm the whole exam has been fully assessed for all students and all questions.

As an instructor with access to many questions/question banks, I might want to see previous versions of questions as people change/edit them over time. For example, if a question is used in an exam in 2024, and then edited before being used in 2025, I would like to see which version was used in the 2024 exam by looking through the question's history. SO I'd want to be able to see version 1 and which exams it was used it, as well as version 2 and it's list of exams too.
