EchoExam

I've just had a look at the new "Assign makeup exam" feature, but it's only available for people who missed the exam. In our context, we almost always assign makeup exams (resits) for people who took the exam but are given a second chance for some reason. They may even have a pass mark, too. Could you please extend the new functionality to allow for this as well? Then we can still enjoy the advantage of the new feature, which is to be able to keep a whole class of results together in one place :-)

It would be great if I could filter questions (in the Questions tab) by test or by curriculum title.

I want EchoExam to support the upload of file types, both within the question and within the answer - such as MS Excel/Word, Adobe suite, etc.

Interested in proctoring tools using AI or a combination of AI/Human to detect academic dishonesty.

As an instructor, I might want to create complex structures for my exams, for example: The first section of an exam might require students to respond to 20 questions from a possible pool of 50 (which 20 is randomised on a student-by-student basis from the pool) The second section might be a 'narrative' style with case study information then a mixture of associated questions, but the narrative would vary across the students Then there might be a final section where all students have to answer the same questions in the same order. Ideally, this would all be possible in one exam sitting.

As an instructor, I need the ability to schedule exam review sessions rather than having them open immediately upon exam submission. Immediate access to the review can compromise question and content integrity, particularly when other students are still in the process of taking the exam. Being able to set a specific time for exam review ensures fairness, protects assessment security, and aligns with structured instructional practices.

Once I create a Test, it would be more efficient to be able to duplicate the test and edit it for another class level. Currently, I have to create a completely new test and edit it from scratch for and Honors and Advanced levels of classes. This is tedious when 80% of the questions are the same.

I would like to be able to organize my tests into folders. I have a LOT of tests, and it is hard to find the one I want when I cannot organize them by course (or other category).

As an instructor, I would like the ability to tag multiple questions with metadata simultaneously. I am currently in the process of reorganizing several chapters in my curriculum, which means the metadata for many questions will need to be updated over the next year. Tagging each question individually is not feasible, so a bulk tagging feature would greatly improve efficiency and workflow.

At the moment you can add questions, images, equations, etc while creating a test, and the new materials are added to the libraries for further use. It would be good to add metadata options this way too
