We would like for notifications to be sent to readers/users regarding their feedback for other statuses (In Progress, On Hold, Fixed) so that readers are aware that we have seen their feedback and are working on it.

For EchoInk, there is a desire to set a vanity URL that does not have our internal branding/name. So instead of app.inkling.com/s/fakecompany Or app.echo360.com/s/fakecompany , a customer would want something like https://learning.fakecompany.com .

Ability to schedule a future publish of an InkDoc. This would be beneficial for information that needs updated over the weekend, a holiday, or for our international teams who are midway or at the end of their current business day when we begin ours.

Would it be possible to combine the Home Tab with the Library Tab so that everything is visible on one page? Either remove the My Activity section or design it to bring more value. This is only providing the user the status of a Feedback request and does not bring any value. Potential Updates: 1) Show the exact feedback message left by the user. 2) Allow admin to enter comment in Habitat that would display to the user in the My Activity Section 2a) Received request 2b) Outcome of Request Ability for the end user to see the change on the document or at minimum a link to the document so they can view what information has changed.

Single page version history. Would like to be able to go to a single page and view/download a PDF version of that history rather than a whole book.

Is it possible to get a front-end feature where users are able to compare what changes/updates were made from the previous version? We have this ability in the back-end, but this feature would be hugely helpful for our front-end users.

Display the new content/red dot on Home icon until the Featured Content is "Marked as Read" and not simply viewed. We need users to have the ability to leave feedback on featured content. We would like to have the ability to automatically/simultaneously create Featured Content while publishing a book.

Customer is looking to generate/create Inkdocs off of existing knowledge: Content built within other Inkdocs Uploaded content from external sources like pptx, xlsx, docx, or pdf Generated knowledge from AI tools like Guru Website knowledge base or support articles from Zendesk, Confluence or like tools

In addition to featured content, it would be great to automatically notify learners via email when SOPs or training guides have been updated. When a new version of an SOP or training guide is being published, a prompt can ask if the author would like to notify specific users, all users who have accessed the document, or all users. Users who have favorited an InkDoc would always get the notification. This will help ensure that users who impacted will have immediate access to updated docs rather than relying on featured content.

Users would like the ability to view the platform/content in Dark Mode.
