Currently, when a user’s email address is updated in the IDP, the change is only reflected in PointSolutions if the user logs in using their old email address. If the user enters their new email address on the login page, the email in PointSolutions does not update. We would like this behavior to be changed so that PointSolutions updates the user’s email address whenever a new email is provided through the IDP via SSO attributes, regardless of whether the user enters the old or new email address on the login page.
