Tied to request to be able to merge a duplicate account with another existing account.

Provide the ability for an institution administrator to merge an account with another account.

Provide functionality for deletion of user accounts and associated data, based on given parameters such as last login. Functionality can either be an automation or a functionality controlled or kicked off by an administrator.

As an admin I would like user's emails to automatically be updated by both the LMS and SSO integrations. Currently, the SSO integration requires users to enter their old email address on your login page for the email address to update in your system. If the email coming from the SSO changes I would like the user's email to update in your system regardless of what email they enter on your login page. Similarly, I would like the user's email address to automatically update using the LMS integration. If the user ID from the LMS is the same I would like the email address to be updated to whatever is coming from the LTI or API. Additionally, I would like some additional functionality as an admin. I would like to be able to manually update user's email addresses as well as merge two accounts in to one.

I work in an institution where there is often more than one instructor to a course. I propose that Point solutions web interface have the option to enroll multiple instructors (up to 15) in one cloud based course.

This has been a long-standing need, never addresses! There must be a way to save the password! Currently there is no option to do that in the desktop app.

During the account creation process, align users to a particular role based on attributes in their AD account and prohibit them from changing to another role, while allowing an administrator to change that role, if it becomes necessary.

Is it possible that for our PointSolutions Instance, that the Region be locked to North/South America since this is the only region students are expected to choose for our instance of PointSolutions? Every beginning semester we are finding that a minority of students (even with instructions provided) are choosing other regions besides North/South America and are then missing out on in class polling opportunities. While discussing this with support we were discussing how to implement this and we were wondering if maybe we could prevent SGU users / emails from logging in to the other regions.
