Instead of having to download the transcript file separately, it would be ideal when you toggle closed captioning on for the closed captions to stick with the downloaded video and show in there.

My integration team is reaching out to request enhancements to your system. The 4-hour cap on ASR transcribe limits accessibility. Extending this feature will improve transcription accuracy for longer recordings, supporting student comprehension.

Our institution's settings are such that all videos receive ASR transcripts and captions. Often, we will use a captioning service integration for an accessibility accommodation. When we send the video out to be captioned using the integration/service, the ASR-generated captions disappear, leaving no caption file on the video until the integration returns the corrected captions from the captioning service. Unfortunately, this leaves users who rely on captions without any for a period of time. Is it possible for the ASR captions to remain in place then simply be overwritten by the integration-provided captions?

We have been looking at ways to leverage more value from our machine-based ASR transcription assets. As part of this evaluation we have looked some of the more advanced features offered by Speechmatics through their APIs. One feature that caught our attention in particular is Summarisation. This uses natural language AI processing to create summaries of transcripts. We would love to see it integrated into the EchoVideo platform

The introduction of the feature to toggle Captioning on at Section level is welcome. However, we do not want to give Instructors access to this toggle. The reason for this is that it could lead to unexpected unnecessary costs. Our requirement is for Administrator users to manage captions on a Section-by-Section basis, and no other user role

It is becoming increasingly popular for our academics to speak in both Te Reo Maori and English when delivering content, whether it just be introductions and outros, content-specific terms, or even courses that have a large Te Reo dialogue, such as our many Maori papers. My understanding is that we don't have any papers that are taught in fluent Te Reo Maori, so it'd be far more beneficial for this feature request to be a dual language (i.e., English (NZ) + Te Reo Maori). It might mean that this also results in a full Te Reo transcription option, and if so, great! I suspect this isn't too straight forward, and there isn't much out there in terms of Te Reo transcription, though, I have been able to locate this source which has API's available: https://papareo.io/ Many thanks in advance!
