When setting up a Live stream, would it be possible to have a setting that enables live captions by default, rather than requiring a second switch? We caption all of our lectures by default via a global setting, so we should be able to do the same with Live captions.

It would be great if (via the API) we could take a link generated by embedding a video through our LMS, and work backwards to get the original MediaID. This would allow us to, for example, scrape our LMS for a particular course and generate a list of all the Echo videos used throughout it. Great for analytics and reporting. Currently my solution involves a lot of clicking in the browser to manually go through each page and press the analytics button...

Allow to filter videos in Admin view if they have a transcript or not. Also, if the transcript did not meet the institutional settings on accuracy.

As an admin I should be able to bulk delete and bulk deactivate users via the CSV import options within EchoVideo. Organizations need a way to bulk update (delete and deactivate) users metadata via CSV to better manage access at scale and prevent former users from signing in through local login after their SSO access is disabled. While multiple users can currently be inactivated at once, administrators cannot efficiently modify metadata or fully restrict local login for groups such as graduating students or terminated employees. This gap creates a security risk and raises FERPA and cybersecurity concerns. A bulk metadata update tool and stronger controls to disable local login for inactive users would help ensure proper identity lifecycle management and prevent unintended access.

Every quarter (every 10 weeks) we duplicate past lectures into the new sections for the classes that will be available for the next 10 weeks. During this process, we (support) make every lecture unavailable for our instructors. As we manage 20-30 courses per quarter and each course has 15-50 lectures, this can take up to 8 hours per quarter. We'd like to have a feature created so that we can make all the lectures unavailable for each section to reduce our busy work hours.

As an admin / scheduler I would like the ability to schedule to a folder from within the folder in the UI and not just from within the scheduling modal on the captures tab.

As an Administrator, I want users to be logged out of the application and their session killed when a user clicks the "Logout" button in EchoVideo.

It would be helpful to get a Logout Redirect URL availability implemented. Basically, a redirection URL once a user signs out of Echo360. This would be helpful to us who use SSO so that we can direct users to a centralized logout page to fully logout of all system.
