The previous MDP (Media Details Page) contained 3 clickable IDs that would add each ID to your clipboard once clicked: Capture device MAC Capture ID Media ID In the new MDP, there is only the Capture ID and the Media ID. Please add the MAC address back to the new MDP.

With the updated branding, the "raspberry" color clashes with our University branding/logo. Please allow additional customization of colors to align with institution branding.

I like to keep tabs of students who do/not watch lecture supplements.

Please give option to show/hide the new sidebar feature (transcript, media, etc.) and make this a default for our profile. My class does not utilize any of these features and it gets in the way when I try to split-screen the window and need to maximize screen real-estate. Additionally, the default audio level is set to like 20%. Please make this 100% or give us the option to set our own preferences.

The choice of colors for toggle buttons in the new Echo360 raspberry pink brand rollout make it very hard to tell which of the two options has been selected. For example, in the screenshot below, is the current selection AM or PM? (If you guessed AM, since it has the brighter, more active looking color... you're wrong! The current selection is PM.)

The new video player blocks the poll controls, making it harder to answer or manage polls when viewing slides in full screen. See image. The play bar superimposes over the full screen slide, exactly where the poll submission button is for students or the "close poll" button is for students. Using the "split view" is a bit of a workaround, but not a seamless user experience. This is for polls with asynchronous video.

It would be more convenient if the processed files for a video, specifically the transcript and caption files, were on the same page as the rest of "General" information on the media details page for a video. With the files being separated currently, it's several additional clicks to take a processed caption file, download it, and apply it to the transcript track.

We've noticed that recent updates have lead to "Discussion/Analytics/Expand" appearing at the bottom of our Echo360-Moodle embedded "smart links". This causes some confusion to teachers/students who are not using "discussion" features in their teaching, Could this be configurable/optional?

The June 2023 cosmetic update looks great, but it seems instructors have lost the ability to quickly and easily see the availability status of all content on the section page. Previously, available content was green and unavailable content was grey, allowing instructors to easily glance at the class list to know the state of each item. With the update, the icon is always black meaning the instructor now needs to click on a content icon to reveal the menu and see its current state. Can we bring back the green icon for available content for instructors and leave black for unavailable or scheduled content?

For an Echo360 section page, can the media icon show as a different colour (visible to the instructor) depending on the status of that media. Eg. available = green, unavailable = yellow. It seems to happen quite often where an instructor assumes a video is visible to students because they see a green icon, but the video is actually set to unavailable. Obviously the media availability status is displayed in the media menu, but a colour coded icon could be more intuitive. ...this may sort itself out if/when you make a "view as student" mode for instructors.
