Show all schedule details as programmed - particularly when they include exclusion dates. Being able to set exclusion dates when creating a schedule would also be helpful. (I think the schedule below had the following exclusion dates as at the 8th June: 2018-08-27;2018-08-28;2018-08-29;2018-08-30;2018-08-31;2018-09-01;2018-09-02;2018-09-24;2018-09-25;2018-09-26;2018-09-27;2018-09-28;2018-09-29;2018-09-30)

When using the import via csv tools, it is very easy to upload the incorrect data and make irrevocable changes to the data. It would be nice to be able to run a preview of the import so that errors or unexpected changes could be identified and stopped before they take place. There should be options to either preview or import, so those wanting to bypass the preview can still do so. But for those wanting to preview, the import should show the outcome of the imported file e.g. rows updated, deleted, created etc and then an option to confirm the import (which would then run the import for real). This would double the time taken for the import, but would catch potential issues that could cost a lot of admin time to fix.

Right now, there is no way to query a list of all videos that has a public link. Suggest a API to query all videos that has a public link enabled in a user's library that returns details such as the public link, id, tags, user, role, etc. This will be useful for (1) extending the videos stored in the personal library to be shared automatically and (2) audit of shared content.

As an admin / scheduler I would like the ability to schedule to a folder from within the folder in the UI and not just from within the scheduling modal on the captures tab.

Please show the number of videos being embedded rather than published to a section. It would be extremely handy to see it on the Captures page. A tile in the Admin dashboard would be of value too or part of a API report.

It would be very helpful for sections with many many recordings for the calendar widget to 'float' above the page and be held in the visible area given there's room allocated for it - it would then remain visible when checking later class schedules

Every quarter (every 10 weeks) we duplicate past lectures into the new sections for the classes that will be available for the next 10 weeks. During this process, we (support) make every lecture unavailable for our instructors. As we manage 20-30 courses per quarter and each course has 15-50 lectures, this can take up to 8 hours per quarter. We'd like to have a feature created so that we can make all the lectures unavailable for each section to reduce our busy work hours.

In many systems it is possible to force a users password to be reset in case of a security issue. But this is not the case in Echo. While most users in Echo will use SSO, admin users are forced to enter a local password the first time they come into Echo via a Blackboard LTI link (there may be other situations as well). Not having some way to reset an admin users password presents a risk to users privacy and the whole system as deleted content cannot be restored.

We would like to archive all lecture captures 2 years from creation in line with our lecture capture policy, but do not want to delete any ad hoc video uploads created by academics. The Content Policy allows us to apply a blanket archive 2 years after creation rule, but not filter by content types. Please add the ability to apply Content Policy per capture source. Many thanks

We are doing some testing in our "DEV" instance of ECHO360. Its very difficult to visually tell if I'm in Production or DEV. My question: Can the DEV/sandbox have a completely different color scheme? Just having the ability to change Insitution ICON doesn’t seem to be enough. It would be great if it were very obvious to identify which system I was currently logged into. Just looking at the screenshot (Attachment) it's not quickly identifiable which system I’m logged into. If a configurable color scheme is not possible can Echo engineers force a bright yellow or a very obvious banner across each page in DEV?
