Allow the option to transfer media, folder ownership and other related data to another user when deleting a user

Option to download recordings via the API.

Admin have very limited access to usage analytics. We would like to be able to view and access this information on our own without the need to wait for the EchoVideo team to share the monthly usage report.

In ESS, it was easy to see audio level in the Monitor Summary pages, and make adjustments to it during captures. Now, it is necessary to wait until the capture processes to find out whether it was too high or too low.

We are finding that anytime a new audio device is added to the PC this device name is retained in the room configuration drop down field even though that device is no longer connected. Furthermore, if any audio device is named on the PC, it will create an additional entry for that device but add a number to it if that device is removed temporarily for service or other reasons, as well as keeping the original device name. This creates confusion and recording errors as any current scheduled recordings will default to the originally named entry and not the new device name unless modified in the config. This can become quite unwieldy. The only way to clear this cache of device names is to delete the room altogether and re-add it which affects any current schedules and access to past recordings when doing a search for past recordings in this room (they don't show up). A way to clear or modify this cache of anything other than what is connected would be helpful.

As an admin using gradebook metrics there are some improvements that would help with using this semester over semester. For example, if I could clone the metric and change the dates that would make it easier to make the metric for the following semester using the existing metric I configured. If metrics could be created via APIs or CSV imports that could also be helpful to some admins.

Could we please request a way to see if videos have been submitted and received closed captions from the “captures” page without the need to click into each video? I know this sounds simple, however having a way to bring some of the capture metadata, such as Closed Caption status, onto the captures page will save us admins many clicks. The attached image illustrates a rough idea that might work nicely.

At the moment, there is no clear way to tell whether a video has closed captioning applied in the Echo360 Admin interface and, more importantly, there is no way to tell what service was used for the closed captioning (at our Institution we may have CCs generated from ASR, or from Ai-Media). Is it possible to implement something that more clearly indicates whether a video has closed captioning applied, and can tell you what service was used for the closed captioning?

Show all schedule details as programmed - particularly when they include exclusion dates. Being able to set exclusion dates when creating a schedule would also be helpful.
