Are there plans to add live stream support for the mobile apps? Viewing live streams on a mobile phones browser is quite finicky and not a pleasing experience.

Looks like it caches the video within the application, basically taking up space until it no longer works. There is no option to clear this cache and only option is to delete the application and re-install it. Please add a clear cache option or have it happen automatically once the video has been upload to EchoVideo portal. Thanks Sami sami.korell@nd.edu.au

Being able to control and manage a live recording, or start it, or stop it, or do ANYTHING with it. You have controls when using computer browser but cannot scroll down to use them with iphone. and hearing audio again would be useful.

Like the ESS version, the ALP Mobile Upload app needs to allow users to select a Section to publish recordings into. Currently it only goes into a user's Library, but that means the user then has to wait till they get to a computer, log onto the ALP site, find the recording, and then finally share it to the appropriate Section. This is crazy - you've added a dozen extra steps using multiple devices to what used to be a simple couple of taps on the mobile app. Students posting video assignments to a particular section or academics posting a quick on-the-fly video post to their unit suddenly becomes a huge multi-step, multi-platform process killing the whole point of having a MOBILE App in the first place!

No multi video side by side option in ipad app. Doesn’t open the latest lecture recording in any kind of browser in desktop mode. Showes error

Hi, I have recently started using the Echo360 app on iPhone. I must say I love it and it surprisingly works much better than the website (which takes ages to load videos and sometimes stubbornly doesn't play at all). Just a couple of improvements: There is no button to play in landscape. I have to unlock rotation and then use in landscape and it still doesn't go full screen (top info such as phone provider, time and battery level show on top of video). For now that's all I've noticed. It would be great if it worked like YouTube, a click goes landscape, another click goes back to standard. Sorry for being a little nitpicky. Cheers, Henry

User with multiple roles get asked upon login which role they want to log in as. Once they're logged in, there is no way for them to switch role. They have to log out, and log in again and then select the other role. Please add a "change role" button to the app, similar to the web interface.
