Hi Echo team, Right now the user account with Scheduler role has no way to receive email alert especially "Capture Device Offline or Missing", "Missing Audio Input", "Missed Capture". In real case, our clients has groups of technician who only taking care AV equipment including Echo POD/PRO. "Scheduler" is the role assigned to this groups of people. Now their account is lack of way to notify the device status. We request to have this alert functionality in upcoming EchoVideo release. Thanks! Regards, BEENET Team

As an Instructor or Student I would like to be notified when a Student posts in the discussion pane, replies to my post or upvotes/likes my post on media embedded in an LMS page. I have to monitor the discussion pane and manually check for replies, which is cumbersome and can be time consuming especially with a large number of Students replying.

The current Missing Audio alerts will notify Admins that have it set that audio is missing 10+ minutes after it is missing. As an Admin, I would like it to be 5 minutes of missing audio, maximum, before I get alerted that Audio is missing in the Room. Allow me to set it like I can for "Capture Device Offline or Missing" on a per Room basis, with multiple durations of time available to set it to.

The current date display of "The next scheduled capture is 2024/10/14, 10:05 AM [AEDT]" is not a valid date format - it looks strange! Please update the notice to follow the correct format of YYYY-MM-DD instead of the current YYYY/MM/DD :)

Just a thought that has stemmed from a need to be more proactive with regard to poor or loss of audio. At present, the in built notifications related to audio are not ideal as they end up spamming you when ether no one turns up for the scheduled session or they start late/finish early. The only reliable solution at present to keep on top of the quality of audio is for a human to routinely go through recordings for each and every room, daily. This is a huge ask, and not one we have really ever managed to accomplish. I wondered if the confidence levels of transcriptions would be a better way to detect poor or loss of audio? At present, this is only accessible on each individual media file, but I wondered if a notification alert was available in which triggered by a threshold the institution set, would be better? I would think that this would not get triggered if there is no audio, as no transcript would be produced. Chris

Please have a way of letting us know quickly when students put confusion flags on content in a video.

We can currently receive a notification if a device is offline, but it would be fantastic to receive a notification when a device comes back online.

As an admin, I need to know explicitly when a recording does not succeed through processing This failure did not generate an alert to me so I did not know it failed
