I like recording two video channels sometimes three but would like the option of at least one more audio channel ... ie one for system recording and the other to record a room and or remote mic

Implement a "Simplified View" option that allows users to hide two of the four available recording channels, presenting a simplified two-channel interface. User Story: As a user I occasionally utilise all four recording channels, I want the ability to toggle a simplified view that displays only two channels to focus on my primary inputs and reduce visual clutter when I'm not using all 4 channels. Add a "Simplified View" toggle in the UI When activated, the UI displays only two video channels. Users can select which two active channels to display in the simplified view. The full four-channel view remains accessible and can be easily restored. The system remembers the user's preference for subsequent sessions.

We were recently introduced to the Quadravision feature on the roadmap. One question we had from a learning and teaching perspective was if there was the ability to "focus" a feed at different points of the video. Use case example: As an instructor I am utilising 4 video feeds to capture content in a workspace: webcam focused on presenter, screen capture, document camera, and a camera pointed at some lab equipment for a demonstration. As an instructor I want to draw the viewers focus to a particular feed during replay. e.g. at the critical point of a demonstration. I understand the importance of flexibility for students to be able to choose their feeds to replay, but there are times where the instructor will want to easily draw a students focus to a particular feed so that the student doesn't have to flick between feeds to find what the instructor is referring to. (side note this is a feature in a competitors product: Panopto, Focus Tool)

When recording system audio and talking over the audio, there needs to be a way to adjust the audio feeds. I can barely hear myself over the system audio, ideally each video has its own audio track that can be adjusted in the editor.

When recording with Quadravision Beta is it possible to allow more than 2 screens to be selected as sources? I have 3 monitors and was unable to select more than 2. Also, only sources 1-2 allow for picking a screen, sources 3-4 do not. This isn't a big deal, but curious to why that is, it might be confusing for endusers.

This would enable our media production team to perform more sophisticated editing of recordings when required, than what can be managed via the Echo360 media editor

When doing testing with the Quadravision, entering into the full screen is easy, however, trying to exit is not. You can barely see the exit full-screen icon. It is way too small and not in a good location. I would recommend that it be moved to the upper right and much larger. In addition, it would be helpful to have an option in the Video Sources setting that is where I went first to try to bring back the other channels. This is for both the public player and the embedded player.

This morning, when I logged in to the Quadravision tenant, I went to a Class that had content & the chat panel but for some inexplicable reason, both the chat panel & download button have disappeared (as an Instructor)! I've attached an image of my current screen so you can see what's happened. I check with my colleague Leah Chandler & she can see the chat panel & download button as an Instructor. I've also logged in to the tenant as a student (using my yammouni@gmail.com account) using Firefox (115.0.2 (64-bit)) & I can see the new player with chat panel & all student features without any issue. Any ideas as to what's going wrong?? This is using Chrome 115.0.5790.114 (Official Build) (arm64) on my 24" M1 iMac running macOS Sonoma beta 3. I've logged in using FireFox (same as version above) as an Instructor & everything appears to be fine with the chat panel showing as well as the download button.
